How it Works
As a concierge physician, Dr. Deanna Aftab Guy does not participate in any medical insurance plans. Members don’t need to worry about copays, coinsurance or deductibles related to our office visits.
The lack of need for transactions in the office also allows for your entire visit to focus on your endocrine needs.
Members can receive the care they need without the long wait time for availability often seen among in-network medical practices.
Many of our members travel to see us from outside of Tennessee due to the freedom of choice.
Your membership fee covers all in office visits and any virtual appointments. All necessary blood tests, imaging or prescriptions are processed through your insurance at in-network labs, imaging centers and your local pharmacy. We work closely to facilitate any prior authorizations needed when appropriate.

Individualized healthcare navigation that is specific to your unique endocrine care needs. Dr. Aftab Guy takes the time to coordinate your plan of care by acting as a liaison between members and primary care physicians, schools, daycares and family members.
Complimentary one-on-one visits with our registered dietitian/certified diabetes educator to focus on nutritional needs and establish future goals.
Individualized management of care for diabetes that extends beyond office visits through remote access to glucose management devices (Insulin pumps, glucose sensors).
Access to our office-based infusion nurse for in office lab draw and specialized endocrine testing as needed.
Coordination and assistance with laboratory, imaging, prescription authorizations and other subspecialty referrals.
Access to Dr. Aftab Guy via a secure cell phone number for urgent matters. Should you need emergency care or admission to the hospital, Dr. Aftab Guy will provide support and advocacy alongside you.
How to Become a Member
We have partnered with SpecialDocs to manage membership services. Our dedicated consultant can provide specific information related to PedsEndoCare membership and enrollment. Interested members should call our member services number as the first step in becoming a patient of our practice. Prior to enrolling, you may also contact member services to arrange a meet and greet with Dr. Deanna Aftab Guy.
